APPLICATION OF PNEUMATIC FORMWORK FOR REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF SEWER PIPELINES USING CLINKER BRICK AND POLYMER CONCRETE

Raising of problem. A significant part wastewater in Ukrainian cities is discharged using sewer collectors with a diameter 300 to 1 400 mm, the depth which within 3…8 m. them destroyed due corrosion processes that take place surface space. Today, problem repair and restoration sewerage networks becoming especially relevant connection increased requirements for environmental protection. Failure lines usually results infiltration into groundwater soil. During sewage collectors, open closed methods work are used. Taking account passes through areas where there no transport arteries, agricultural land have an insignificant occurrence, also fact their trough part, as rule, cannot be corrosion, it advisable carry out on way. Analysis accidents took different Ukraine, showed that, intensive destruction roof occurs. At same time, remains intact constantly filled waste water. When repairing such sections recent years, operating organizations been polyethylene fiberglass pipes. These smaller pipes installed retained thus reducing network diameter. The cost new quite high, turn increases costs. use pneumatic formwork allows you create collector, main bearing element, can saved tray part. 
 Purpose. Evaluation possibility known materials manufacture formwork, will make possible vault collector supporting structure, significantly reduce costs compared made polymer materials. Conclusion. investigated samples – fabric Mare 1400 Hypolon (ORCA 828) used since laboratory tests conclude was adhesion between concrete material samples.
